Turntable Strength
The heart of the Conor wrapper is the direct drive slewing ring
on which the turntable rotates. Strong and reliable, it eliminates
the use of chains and requires simple maintenance. At 400mm outer
diameter it is the heaviest centre bearing on the market, capable
of supporting 10 tonnes vertical load and 3.5 tonne side load. |

Side Tip Rear Table
This lowers the bale to the ground so it can be stored on end, where
the thicker layers of film reduce the chance of the wrap being damaged.
It also helps the bale keep its shape and remain airtight. Available
as an option on all trailed machines, it is simply converted to
act as a standard rear table.

Auto-rest safety breakback
The hydraulic safety breakback system allows the arm to fall back
should an obstruction be encountered. As the cutting head falls
back, it rises to clear the abstruction then automatically resets
to the working position. |

Cut & Tie
The Conor hydraulic cut and tie is simple but effective and guarantees
to hold the film in all weather conditions. This system is a totally
maintenance free unit. |
Control Options
A range of control options is offered, from manual, cabie, joystick,
electronic and full remote control. |

Film Dispenser
The film dispenser gives a consistent stretch of 70% on all film,
achieved by the use of steel gears combined with machined aluminium
rollers. An optional gear ratio giving 55% stretch is available
for warmer climates. The Conor Easy Load system, facilitates the
loading of heavy film rolls onto the dispenser. |

Balewrap Monitor
The Conor Balewrap monitor displays various functions including
wraps set, wrapping complete and total bales. |

Conor 97OO Trailed Balewrappers are the result of an evolutionary process

now offer a range from the manually operated 9700 up to the 9700E Electronic,
a highly efficient unit which reduces operator workload.
