These
high - performance pumps have been designed to give increased jetting
and filling capacity. This has been achieved by careful design which
has eliminated all restrictions from the time the slurry enters
the pump until it leaves it.
Compared with the Super 2 the Super 3 slurry pumps are built to
a higher specifiction.
Some of the main advantages are:-
- Pump can be transported from tank to tank without removing
PTO shaft.
- Heavy duty lifting frame and arms
- Double acting ram for easier manouvrability
- Mixing spout fully lockeable in 17 positions by locking pin
- Can be fitted with electronically operated radio - controlled
spool valves. This enables the pump to be changed from mixing
to pumping and back again to mixing without leaving the tractor
pulling slurry tank.
- Due to the design of this pump the same pressure and volume
of slurry are pumped when either jetting or pumping upwards to
a top-fill tank or store. This makes the pump invaluable when
pumping into above ground store.
- Two point linkage essential for hitching and unhitching to
tractor
The Super 3 Slurry Pumps
On
the Super 3 slurry pump the lifting arms are designed by simply
fitting two additional pins the pump can be lifted to a height of
at least 6ft, enabling the pump to be transported horizontally or
vertically. This is important when space behind tractor is restricted.
It aiso enables the pump to be set over a wall when mixing behind
a feeding passage or lifted over cubical rails when negotating tight
turns in narrow passages. The Super 3, like the Super 2, has a wide
angle mixing spout which can also be deflected underneath the tractor
driving pump.
Six models are available:
- The mixer pump
- The Super 2
- The Super 3
- The Super 3 Static
- The Super 3 static electric
- The Super Plus
